I'm trying to find a very fast laptop for a very reasonable price that can handle game emulation very well... I'm really just looking for a laptop that will play Dreamcast,PS2,Gamecube and possibly Wii games.... Is this a good choice???

Nope , CPU clock speed is too slow for most games and dolphin only uses 2 cores

There's no such thing as a "very fast laptop for a reasonable price." It's not a good idea to run heavy processor/gpu load applications on a laptop in the first place imho... asking for trouble.
