micron does sell under the name crucial, infineon also as aeneon.
im not sure if there are more real producers.
of course you need to realise that original ram is always lower rated then its possible speed.
3rd party manufactorer know this and sell the same ram with higher voltage and clock.
thats why the prices are not that high, compared to ram named the same.
But take those micron for example. there was a particular crucial ram with 533mhz sold back in 2007 for very few money but was clockable even beyond 1000mhz.
Of course, if you buy the same ram from ocz or other 3rd party, you buy it as 1066mhz ram with 2,3V or whatever, but its just the same ram.
