pretty new to this, just got everything setup.

Well you didn't meant games but in general you should be able to at least 1x internal resolution. I don't now how capable quadro cards are in respect to the mainstream line of cards. But the integrated should do 1x easly in most games. Cpu is decent for dolphin.

Those should be fine. I look up the card it around a 740-750m gtx level. Its should be enough for 2x maybe 3x. Assuming no driver issues.

I was on moblie early. it now that i time to look at more detail it more around a gt 630 though this shouldn't matter much. The possible is I was talking about it is that it a drivers target professional workplace and the driver may not be as idea for games. Most time i look at the difference on performance on youtube or similar for similar cards is use minor though. You should be able to run most game at full speed with that computer.
