Well it is the newer version of the 410 that is more powerful and supports the 64 bit userspace, it has been used in actual 64 bit roms for other devices, but I know it is lack luster. The device is going to be updated to marshmallow dispite it's low hardware, and by Samsung which doesn't usually support anything less than 400$. It's graphics are also quite suprisingly powerful, but because this is dolphin I expect the cpu will be the true bottleneck if this device ever gets a 64bit rom.
This was only for a test anyhow, mostly just some thinking out loud I wanted to do. Also I think the reason it got a 32bit rom to start is because it looks like Samsung might have just been using another tablet's roms they had on hand, tho even that means little. No matter I still have my note 5 to hope for and a laptop that can already do dolphin just fine for when I need a gc/wii gaming fix ^^.
