Probably not anything substantial since all these apis deal with scene complexity (a lot of particles, geometry, etc.), even if dolphin supported them i don't think scene complexity is such a bottleneck when we talk about wii and gamecube games. New pc games might take advantage of them but i don't see how they will be useful for older pc games and more over emulated console games.

What about the emulation itself? Having a lower level graphics API might be useful (having the low-level emulation advantage of doing exactly what you want to do with the hardware while not being as difficult as doing LLE itself), if I'm not thinking this wrong.
