AFAIK, Dolphin reads the game names from two places: in most cases, near the beginning of each ISO; and for Wii games that already have in-game save data, from the banner.bin file.

What do you mean? Which image link is "malware"? Maybe that came from a malicious ad?

For each Wii game, whenever the game creates new save data inside Wii memory (the NAND?), a banner.bin file will be created in the same folder. This file should contain data such as the banner (which isn't available out-of-the-box for Wii games unlike for GC games), the "Title", the "Notes" (sometimes used for storing a part of the game's name that wouldn't fit in the Title)...

If this Wii-specific file isn't found by Dolphin, or when it comes to GC games, then you'll see the game name that's at the beginning of the ISO (at offset 0x20 as it can be seen from a hex-editor such as EditHexa).

Anyway, as you figured out, you can find out the ISO's file name by looking at the title of the game properties' window.

Personally, I'd advise against changing the game names from these files, unless you have good reasons to do so and you know what you're doing (not to mention that there's a cache in User\Cache)...
