Well it's not the sensor bar then. You have "real wii remote" under the options and it is showing as 1 remote connected? Sensor bar or not, it's just infrared lights for the camera in the tip of the remote, the buttons should work if you're hooked up to the computer and emulator properly with it.

You are playing wii games not gc right?=P
Turn it off and let it resync, you should get a vibration and the first light on again, then try it on a game again I guess. As long as it said 1 connected in that window for me I've never had a problem. Only time I had crap happen was when windows would load the wrong drivers on trying to sync, that stopped after a reboot or two though and it would never actually connect to fake me out or something. 08-09-2011, 08:38 PM

I can connect the controller, i get the vibration and the 1st blue light comes on, i turn on the sensor bar, load the game and i cant do anything. Nothing seems to work. 08-09-2011, 08:41 PM
Try emulated wii remote, make sure it's on the default keyboard mappings, and see if that works ingame.

Yeah, that works fine, i can use the keyboard and mouse to control it. I just downloaded the latest version of Dolphin r7695M, that doesn't seem to have made any difference.
In situations like this, one should make sure that there is adequate distance between the sensorbar and the controller. The cursor is absent if you are too close.
You can also check out the IR-leds with digital camera. IR-lights should show up as purple dots on the cameras display. 08-10-2011, 04:11 AM

Ive fixed the problem now, it was the controller, i think it was because it is a 3rd party controller, anyway i bought an official Nintendo one today and it now works. However a new problem has cropped up with Twilight Princess, basically if im using the slingshot it wont fire where the crosshair is is pointing... really annoying. 08-10-2011, 07:56 AM
