Wired X-Box 360 Controller Issue

I am using a wired X-box 360 controller to play Dolphin on my pc, and I am having a real problem. Whenever I move to the right and take my finger off the stick it continues to move to the right until I move in another direction. This happens with all WII and gamecube games. It doesn't happen when I play PC games or any other emulator. So I don't think it is a driver issue or a bad controller. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I think this may be an issue with the dead zones? Try increasing it, and if it doesn't work try decreasing it.

I tried adjusting the dead zone for almost an hour with no luck.
