Maybe there's a bad image in the texture pack causing it to abort.

Well, I've used the texture packs you're trying to use, so I doubt it's a corrupted download. But it doesn't hurt to download it again & re-extract the files

Yeah something must of happened in either the original download or extraction process I noticed a lot of files were in the main texture folder.  Yet when I redownloaded the texture pack and rextracted it (after deleted the original one)  it loaded first time even cached them all into RAM in 9.6 seconds. 

Its working now
