Don't blame her, blame me for asking her to do it. I'd personally rather have fuckasses complaining about performance than losing their savefiles.

Running at 3xIR at the moment with no AA, looks damn good - thanks for the tips. I'm also noticing however a decent amount of depth of field blurring. I've tried a few different tweaks to no avail to clear it up, and after some digging on forums looks like pretty much the exact phenomenon in this thread (https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-wi...ot-working). It's not game-breaking and I'm being a snotty perfectionist, but I am curious as to whether a decent solution has been found or if it's just a commonly known thing. As stated above, I get the exact same ghosting as he did when I disable EFB copies while it's running. The game immediately loses it's Depth of Field blurring and I get crystal clear all the way to the horizon, but I get a ghosted overlay of whatever was subject to the DoF blur before I disabled it. Clears right up as soon as I re-enable. Looks like Starscream had some comments in that thread, maybe he figured it out or just wrote off the other guy as loony.

Start with EFB2Ram, C-up near a wall, stare directly at it, then switch EFB2Texture. If the wall fills up the whole screen, it should work. 1b. C-up, look at ground, switch to EFB to Texture. 1.5. Go indoors, then switch EFB to Tex. 2. Stop the game, turn EFB to Tex, and start the game and reload the savefile with EFB to Tex. Note if EFB to Ram is disabled, Picto Boxes will freeze the game. Turn it to RAM if you need to use them. 05-31-2014, 02:32 PM
Use the latest development builds where HLE audio can be used. (Without a high risk of crashing; which is why it was locked behind the INI in older builds.)
Also this thread is kinda old now that LLE is no longer enforced, going to lock. Blah, have to make a second post to lock the thread. If you need more support, feel free to make a new one. |
