Windwaker Black Screen

I think i have the same problem, just that it only bugs at this one cutscene, right after you've talked to the "King of Red Lions" boat for the first time, and youre about to go buy him a sail, the screen fades black and the sound fades, but then it just stays like that and nothing happens ._. then when i exit the game, it says the process isn't answering and i have to force quit it... I noticed this before i discovered State saving, so i ran through the forsaken fortress a second time, only to find the bug still being there, so i then found out i could save the state before it happens, and so i tried all the things mentioned above, like turning on the item hang fix, and ticcing the HLE plugin off and on, and stopping the game and then resuming it etc. and i'm using the latest Dolphin SVN r 4771... please help D:
