First boot on my PC and dolphin will play at a full 60 FPS no issues what so ever. If I let my computer sleep over night upon wake dolphin will run at a maximum of 30 FPS. Upon a full restart dolphin will be back at running 60 FPS.
Anyone have ideas of why this is? Windows 8.1 bug? CPU's throttled after resuming sleep? Something else?
Double checking my power-management settings, i'm still set for high performance. I've also tried restarting dolphin, running as admin, setting priority high.
I would appreciate any help or ideas on how to fix this, thanks!
Also sorry if this has been posted already, I couldn't find anything online about the issue or on these forums.
