windows 7 x64 error

hi..before i was on windows vista 64 dolphin was running great but my bluetooth was not working with vista so i upgraded to windows 7 and now dolphin wont start i get (can't init any PAD plugin and Couldn't init the core.check your config error...what should i do please..thanks for the help=)
