Windows 7 missing .dll

Here is the fix to the missing .dll problem; follow these steps to fix it

First, check what .dll is missing. You can tell simply from the error.
In my Case, the error description said, "The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.", so the .dll we need is VCRUNTIME140_1.dll. [instructions partially removed -JosJuice] Now dolphin should be working.

Please don't suggest downloading loose DLLs manually from the internet. The proper fix for this problem is to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 (x64) from here: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

Also, for what it's worth, this problem affects newer versions of Windows too.
