Well... I have tried Dolphin on Windows 10. However for people who have Nvidia's Optimus... well, the dedicated card ONLY works using OpenGL. And that's the same with other games besides dolphin. Switching back to Windows 8.1.

Windows 10 is not called Windows 9 because that would break compatiblity with pretty much every programm out there.
(As people used to check if the os was "Windows 9" for 95 and 98 and then show a message that the os is too old and not supported). 10-03-2014, 08:56 PM

So I read through the license agreement. Apparently, Microsoft can record and collect almost everything and anything, including your details (name, email address...), what software you launch, how you use it, your keystrokes (apparently, to improve autocomplete/autocorrect features), even voice recordings if you use voice-to-text. (And there's nothing to specify they can't just randomly record your voice during skype calls - heck, they mention that they might collect "phone call and sms data"!)
Of course, they are going to be using the data to improve features of their software, they are not going to disclose it to third parties except in certain cases, etc. From the license agreement, the worst thing your data will be used for is targeted advertising. But I'm still not comfortable with Microsoft basically keylogging all my PC usage, especially since apparently the data is non-anonymized.

I really hate how control panel and this pc and stuff are not on the right side, like on Windows 7. Instead they take up valuable space where program shortcuts should be. Windows should create a "classic" menu option to choose that basically puts the Win 7 menu there instead of this new one. They can keep this metro one default, but it makes perfect sense to add more options to make everyone happy. More money for them and less of that bad rap they have been receiving lately. Also I want the aero look back. This flat, one-color look is ugly and looks third party-like.

Oh, crap, I didn't realize until now, I can't access any files that I saved in Windows 8 while using Windows 10. Will have to fix that; I was working on a big thing when I switched and can't afford to lose all of my work.
in a perfect world we would all be piles of sand with no ability to form coherent bodies of body
