I have Windows 7 X64 and 8GB RAM. Should I upgrade to Windows 10 or I better wait some time (My computer is compatible with Windows 10).
I have no problems with other aplications besides dolphin. I have a few questions:

are all Dolphin revisions from 4.0-5429 are compatible with windows 10? are there any compatibility problems or I shouldn't be worried about this?

Shader cache: It's not a problem for me for almost all my games (which don't hace these problems ot stuttering issues), besides metroid prime series which I didn't play yet (so it doesn't matter now) and Star fox Adventures (I currently play it). EVen though in star fox adventures the stuttering isn't as frequent as in the metroid prime series, it's also has those shader generation issues (which causes stuttering). I only played for 6 hours and reached 35% in the game, and shadercache is huge, 187MB!! If I will upgrade and backup all my user data and shader cache, I will be able to use that shadercache in windows 10? Or I'll have to play it and suffer the stuttering while the shaders are being cached? Should I complete the game first before upgrading to windows 10?

There aren't any known compatibility problems.

It HAS to be OK. I upgraded to Windows 10 just today and Dolphin works great! I also tested both Direct3D and OpenGL and they work. I'm even using Windows 10 on a Macbook Pro through Bootcamp, which is something more risky. The only drawback is that some of my drivers don't work exactly as they should, because it's still too early. You may notice this too.

EDIT: If you update your drivers, you might experience crashes when using Direct3D. Many people do, me as well. Wait for that to be fixed.

The Only thing that worries me is the shadercache of Star Fox Adventures: If I will upgrade to windows 10, i will be able to use it (212MB now), or I will have to rebuild the shadercache, or I will be able to use the older one (I mean Dolphin will be able to use the same shader cache with Windows 10, or will it overwrite it?)

You'll probably need to rebuild your shader cache. I'm not totally sure but different video drivers generate different shader binaries, and, well, Windows 10 driver certainly aren't the same from older Windows versions...
