Window always losing focus

I'm very new to Dolphin, I only discovered it less then 1 week ago! its gr8!

I'm running a ArchLinux64 setup and I managed to get it working pretty well for now. however I'm having a very anoying problem that makes the gameplay very hard:
I'm always losing the window focus, so basicaly, tha game is always stoping, because when the window loses focus it stops the game:S!

I still see the window selected, but for some stupid reason it acts like it isnt focus, so I have to be always messing around with the mouse, clicking and so on!

I have closed EVERY window, every application and it still happens !

Some help would be very appreciated! I've goggled a lot and I've found nothing..:S

Setup:
Arch Linux x86_64
Dolphin-emu SVN R 5858-release
Q9450
4GB
HD3650 512MB DDR3

I really dont like windows.. and installing it just do play wii isnt a very good option :S

but this is really strange, because it doesnt really happen in any other application or game, only on dolphin, so I guess it is a dolphin's problem..
doesnt anyone got this problem?

Found the problem.. seems that downgrading libx11 did the trick. I was using the last 1.3.4v, and that was causing the problem.
Everything works now ! PERFECT!!!
