I've never used anything as old as 2.0, but I think this should work...

First, start 4.0-8143 once so that it will create its settings folder. There should now be a new folder at C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator. In the same folder as the Dolphin 2.0 executable, there is a folder called User. Copy the GC folder from the User folder to the Dolphin Emulator folder to copy the memory cards. You can also copy the Wii folder to copy your Wii save data, etc. However, please keep in mind that you cannot transfer savestates between different Dolphin versions.
