Every time I try Wind waker in open Gl It just straight up crashes, And this has been going on for quite some time.
Ever since this https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/42619c1d2dfdd5c41e66049397e803b9d65e0283
was merged into master, It just crashes in Wind Waker using the OpenGL backend
4.0-489 works fine, 4.0-511 and above just crash

Have you tried deleting the shader cache?

It's a NVIDIA driver bug, not Dolphin's problem.

Yep, I also just noticed that it works if I have "ignore format changes" checked
But as soon I as exit it it just crashes.

Then why in the world would you use code that results in driver issues? That doesn't make any sense.

NVIDIA broke it; it works in older driver versions. It's their problem, they're going to fix it. Until then either use an older nvidia driver or D3D backend.

Ok, now that makes much more sense.
