Wind Waker just under 30fps on good PC?

The game seems to play decently (when basically nothing is happening) but simply walking on Outset causes the fps to drop to 23-27 fps. I know it's nothing crazy, but it lags the audio and is so frustrating. Especially on a good computer.

Not sure what is going on. I have tried every setting under the book. Here are my current settings:

Processor/CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K Quad Core 3.40 GHz (not overclocked)
Video Card/GPU: AMD Radeon 7770HD
Memory/RAM: 8GB 1600Mhz Corsair Vengeance

Storage: 128GB SSD (Game/OS is on this)

Your CPU is definitely not a good CPU for Dolphin , not even close
It's a low end CPU with low single threaded performance (about the same as AMD Athlon X2 2xx from 2010)
You should overclock your CPU . LLE audio is out of the question for your CPU (whenever you overclock it or not)

A good CPU here must be atleast an i3 4130 @ 3.4GHz which is faster than FX 8350 @ 5.0GHz in Dolphin Benchmark
