Wind Waker help

Hey guys, I just downloaded the emulator, and a wind waker file, however I was just wondering if I can play the game once it gets more gfx intense, on Outset island, im going from 80-100% with consistent 30 FPS, here are my specx (also I have changed abolutely nothing in the settings, so if you reccomend some stuff, I would really appreciate it
