Wind Waker frame drops

I know my PC should be good enough, so is there some setting I'm missing here? I'm getting either crazy consistent frame drops or the game speeds up occasionally.

My specs:
Windows 8 x86
Intel Core i5-2500k @ 3.30GHz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Dolphin 4.0

It's because you've set Framelimit to "Audio". I'm gonna assume you're trying to avoid black screens right? With your CPU you should use LLE and set Framelimit to "Auto" (or "Off )

Oops! I was playing around with everything and I forgot to change those back. I still have the same problems unfortunately.

Then either over-clock your CPU (you seem to be at stock clock) either go into User/GameConfig and turn "RAM" into "Texture" (EFBTextureEnable = True)
