Wind Waker Floating Textures glitch?

Hey i'm new to using dolphin and i got The legend of zelda -Wind Waker for it, it was playing normal until i reached forsaken fortress and it looks like this everywhere http://gyazo.com/f667c1af2974592f9cec7749f6b9e193

How do i fix it? Huh

Use an actual version of dolphin from the real site
