Wind Waker - Crashing in Ghost Ship

I was able to enter the ghost ship and made a save there since the game was crashing after opening the chest at the end/before being teleported out. When I try to open my save now, where I'm in the ship, the game seems to crash in the same way, black screen, 0 fps, nothing happening.

I've tried changing every setting that I thought could have an effect to get it to work, and I'm on the latest dev build. Any ideas?

Is there anything interesting in the logs? Do you have any cheats enabled? Is it a normal savefile? If so, can you upload it?

Where are the log files? the one that I saw in My Documents didn't have anything in it.

Disabling cheats was one of the first things I tried, didn't work. I was using Disable blur, full nintendo gallery, 16:9 aspect ratio fix, and a playthrough modifier code to get the game to think I was on my second playthrough for the changed outfits etc. None of them caused any problems up til now that I noticed, except for a bug where Makar would keep repeating his dialog about the hookshot in the Wind Temple. That one was caused by the 16:9 aspect code I think, but fortunately I was able to just make a save state and disable the code for a minute to get around it.

I've attached what I think is my memory card file to this post, if not let me know where to find it and I can upload

It looks like the cheats have made it so that your save crashes the game unfortunately. They're embedded into the savefile.

I checked the error messages, and while my Japanese is piss poor, I know enough to recognize this from when I was doing hacking.

52:37:435 y:\source\dolphin\source\core\core\hw\exi\exi_deviceipl.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: Halt振動停止&原点復帰
52:37:435 y:\source\dolphin\source\core\core\hw\exi\exi_deviceipl.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: キー入力を受け付けています

Unfortunately, this probably can't be fixed - some of the saves you used actively modify the savefile and can't be disabled.
