i think i fixed it... playing with the ISO settings (Which i didnt know i could do until i stumbled upon it) i played with settings and for some reason its not crashing. i have no idea what i did, but it runs a good 15-30 fps without crash. If it does crash today, ill post a follow up with the Dump. If i had to guess, it seems to be in places with lots of particle effects? most recently it always crashes in the wind temple room with the 3 fans blowing

There's nothing in %localappdata%\CrashDumps\ ? (you can copy and paste this path into explorer, the %localappdata% is a variable which expands to the actual path, like C:\Users\Shawn\AppData\Local\ for me...)

Perhaps your system has been configured to output the dumps in a different path. You can check the set path by looking at the value of DumpFolder in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps.

An alternate way to create a dump is to open task manager when dolphin is crashed (but the "detected an error" window is still open), find dolphin.exe in the process list, right click, and select "create dump file".
