Wind Waker cheat problem

I have been playing the wind waker for about 2 weeks and because i could not kill the frog guy that caused the storms and get that song i used the get all songs cheat so i can teleport but i only wanted it temporarily and so when i continued to the area when you learn a new song it doesn't let me progress due to me already knowing the song.. Can anyone help? :

Cheats like that tend to softlock you into a stuck state because the game expects certain things to be or not be available. They're often provided as "This may screw up your save. YMMV"

There isn't anything you can do.
