Hi!
I'm running Zelda: Wind Waker PAL version on Dolphin 32bit. Right after the fight with the big bird in the Forsaken Fortress, the second time you get there, the fight with the hammer and all, you have to go through a door to Ganon. I know from the original Gamecube version that a cutscene comes after, but the screen just turns black and nothing happens! Has anyone ever had this?
Huh

System:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (?Tongue)
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055t.
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 470

Which revision are you using?

The official 2.0 release plays this game brilliantly, I have played this from start to finish with it and have never encounted this issue you speak of.

It might be worth to try out if you haven't already done so, just make sure to backup your memory card over to it.

This game should be 100% completable.

Altough I might be way out of myself here, I see you're using the PAL version, I completed it on NTSC/US but I don't think it should really matter.

This problem can be caused by three different issues. An audio sync issue that can only be fixed by using LLE, an item hang issue which can be fixed by turning on the fix item hang patch in the game properties until you get past it, or by certain builds that have audio patches applied to them. If you keep replaying it over and over you will eventually get lucky and it will randomly work without you having to do any of these things.

@Gabriel Belmont

Just so you know the issue was present in 2.0. Since it occurs randomly some people (such as yourself) get lucky and never run into it.

Oh... I'll be damned, so all this time I have been one lucky dude.
I don't really know what to say here more then it's true, not once have Wind Waker failed me.

Guess I should be really thankfull, but my success in GC/Wii emulation is mostly based upon the 2.0 release.
So when everything works good it's no wonder why I'm recommend it.

I hate to resurrect such an old forum post - but I am having the same issue as the OP, and have tried everything I can think of to fix it (I've disabled audio, tried using LLE (which doesn't work at all for me), tried applying the item hang patch - nothing's worked).

I'm running 3.5-367 on a Phenom II x6 OC'd to 3.86 with 16GB of RAM and a Radeon 6850, 7 Ultimate x64.

Next time try to post in the official game thread rather than resurrecting an old thread http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-gc-the-legend-of-zelda-the-wind-waker--25929
