Just got a 13" Macbook Pro w/ Touch Bar, and I want to play any GC/Wii game at 1080p 60fps smooth no hiccups. What would I have to do to accomplish this?

I see now that there is support for external graphics cards for mbp but that probably isn't the only thing that has to be done. At base, I can play Super Paper Mario at 1080p (with the OpenGL problems that comes with it).

What's the BEST one can do with this computer?

The absolute best would probably be to install Linux with a recent kernel (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS would probably work out-of-the-box) and use the Vulkan backend in the newest development build of Dolphin.
