GTS 250 1GB DDR3
4GB 1333 DDR3

Mainly for games like SMS 1 & 2, Zelda, and Monster Hunter.

No. Those games need more processing power.

Zelda games should run fine. There is no such thing as SMS 2 (super mario sunshine 2). Did you mean to say SMG (super mario galaxies) and SMG2? SMS should run fine on that hardware but SMG and SMG2 definitely won't. As for Monster hunter, I have no idea.
