I'm planning to run melee/project m at maybe hd. Also planning to run xenoblade maybe or other gamecube/wii games at least 720p

i5 4460 haswell 3.2 ghz turbo to 3.4
msi 750ti
8gb 2x4 corsair ram
windows

which windows version.

the other specs do seem alright to run at 720p.
and also which dolphin will you be using
Windows 8.1 64bit
Intel i7-3630m 2.4GHz-3.2GHz
Nvidia GT 630m 1gb
8GB Samsung (2x4gb)
Dolphin: 4.0-7568/5.0R25/3.5/4.0

@RandyT11 - Those specs will easily run most games in 1080p (Xenoblade Chronicles included). Melee, Brawl, and Project M won't have any issues, speed-wise. If you have any other specific games you'd like to know about, we can tell you what to expect (generally though, you should be able to run nearly all of your games without problems with that setup).
