Will this pc be able to run dolphin at full speed?

Hi. I was wondering if this pc is able to run wii games at 480p at least:

Intel core 2 Quad Q8200
2 gb ram
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB ram DDR3

I would like to play games like mario galaxy or zelda twilight princess. I don't mind turning off the enhancements if that will increase the speed. Thanks.

No, your cpu won't be able to run this games at full speed. 2nd generation 'Core i' cpus are considered as a minimum for the most demanding games, if you want full speed.

Yes, your cpu is too slow. You can try overclocking which will help you a bit.

Overclock? I think i need help with that, must search in other forums. But really, turning of all the enhancements doesn't help? Run at 30 fps at least? Frameskip?

Well the whole point of frameskip is that it allows you to run that game at lower framerates without affecting gamespeed. But no your cpu is not sufficient for 30 fps in the vast majority of GC and wii games.
