Hdmi, two 3.0 usb, and one 2.0 usb, also comes with backlit keyboard

P.s. Could it run Super Smash Brothers Brawl at full speed? Or Mario Kart?

the cpu heavy games like smg1/smg2 not... but it will be playable

The main component that makes the Dolphin emulator run well is the CPU. One thing you could do is look up games being played with dolphin emu on Youtube. Videos often show the persons computer specs in the video details. That will give you a good estimate of how a particular game will run with your specs.

Yes and no
4GB plus 2.0GHz plus overclocked too 3 is not that good...

Try to use msconfig and taskmgr to remove as much running program as possible to augment the capabilities.
You might not experience lagg on very good/very heavy video animations. (play around graphic/video settings)

But it should be fine running GameCube and most of wii.
