It's a laptop with i7 3610QM ,4GB Ram and Nvidia Geforce GT650m with 2G Gddr5. I know the GPU should have no problem, and it should be fine if I want to use HLE. But I heard that there are sound issues with HLE and only LLE can fix them. However, LLE will get nasty if the game isn't at 100% speed. Embarrassingly, only with perfect sound emulation can this music game be playable. Will 3610QM handle this game?

Yes if you can satisfy these conditions :
_CPU do not overheat when running dolphin or else turbo boost will be disabled (Need decent cooling)
_i7 3610qm must turbo boost to 3.1Ghz (3 cores) all the time for LLE

Thanks, given the chance, I will have a try and post the result. I'm still waiting for the laptop, though.

If you don't need a laptop a desktop would be better, but if you need a laptop go for it Wink
