Will this lappy run Paper Mario: TYD on lowest settings with decent FPS?

You may think an AMD processor is more bang for your buck, but in relation to Dolphin, AMD processors do much worse than intel ones, so if you can stretch to an i3 you'll probably do better, and will be more likely to get a playable speed, but I cannot guarantee it, so I may be corrected by neobrain or someone else who has more expertise in the subject.
