So, ive got a build im saving up money for, but i want to know if itl crush dolphin at at LEAST 2 to 3X enchancements or if i need to up the the hardware a bit first before i get to buying anything from it.

Any opinions would be much appreciated!  Heart

Yes your build will do well in Dolphin. Be aware that dolphin can't use SLI and you'd benefit more from a 4790k instead of the extra gpu strictly in terms of dolphin. As an owner of a 4690k + 970 dolphin has done well on everything I've thrown at it without overclocking and at 4x native + 4x SSAA.
