All I can say that only time can tell you that.
I don't think it's a prioritized issue.

Only advice I can give you is to check back from time to time on this issue to see if it have been made progress or not.

Obviously I don't know the exact cause, but ANY extremely tiny difference from the real hardware to Dolphin can ruin them; even if the input is working completely identically, different rounding in the numbers for positions etc. could be the case. It's really the kind of issue you just have to hope gets fixed while making Dolphin more deterministic and accurate etc.
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit

Are you using HLE? Because I think LLE fix this?
LLE fix this but it's kinda slow on not so powerful CPU's
