I'm going to go buy a computer tommrow. I was wondering if its good enough to run the Dolphin Emulator. The only game Im going to be playing is Pokemon Collesseum including XD: Gale of Darkness (also its hack patch XG or Pokemon Next Generation).

I'm entirely buying a pc for this task and maybe running citra 3ds emulator. Mainly I was wondering if its up to speed to run Dolphin Emulator before I commit to buy it forsure tommrow.

If not could anyone suggest a complete laptop that plays Dolphin Emulator for 700 or less.

Also to not I dont care about things like it being ran as fast as possible or at 1080p. All I care about is the titles being actually playable 30fps like on the normal gamecube/wii is absolutely okay with me.

Heres the link to the computer and its specs

Acer - Nitro 5 15.6" Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 - 256GB Solid State Drive - Black

Model:AN515-54-54W2 SKU:634438

If its not powerful enough to run Pokemon Collesseum at normal capacity. Please, recommend to me a laptop that can thats 700 dollars and can be found in a store or shipped quickly.

Thanks in advance cant wait to hear from somebody on this. I've googled and googled and researched until my eyes turned blue. I looked at a video on youtube that ran it on the acer nitro 5. I also looked on the dolphin website It said a Nvidia with a i5 or i7 and the MHZ should be up to speed but I want to know if that one specically the one Im going to buy will run it. And I want to know forsure before I commit mind you Im buying the pc to run gamecube and Pokemon Collesseum at that. So I dont want to waste my money.

Thanks for all your help in advance it is greatly appreciated.

This model got an i5-9300H which should be powerful enough for almost anything you can throw at Dolphin, even the demanding games. Its GTX 1050 GPU is no slouch either and can handle a lot of recent PC games with decent graphics. Perhaps even Cemu can run on it at full speed, depending on the games you try to emulate.

TL;DR this laptop is more than enough for Dolphin and for casual PC gaming too...
