Solid State drives are a good way to upgrade for relatively cheap. It'll make booting and starting programs faster, and have faster load times for PC games. Dolphin won't really see too much of an improvement, since regular HDD are faster than the Wii/GC disk drive. Get a large SSD, at least 500 GB
