Will my machine be able to handle these games?

Hello, i have a question, i have been eager to play SSBB and Capcom VS. Tatsunoko for quite a while but before i go and buy the games, i wanna know if my computer can run them decently (on the emulator):
My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
My processor is Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q8400
And i have 3gb of ram.
Will i be able to emulate these games with decent preformance? i don't wanna throw 100$ for being able to play the game at minimal FPS...

Yes,those games will fullspeed with your specs in 1 player but if you plan multiplayer,you should O.C it more than 3.0Ghz

Thank you! thank you thank you thank you thank you! that's all i wanet to hear, but just one last thing, running at decent speed is one thing, but running at decent speed while the graphic settings are high is another thing, how high can the graphics get without spoiling my FPS too much?

At first,download and install this one : Directx June 2010
Then go for the Setting
Resolution : 1280 x 1024 or 1366 x768 choose one fit your windows resolution
Anti-alias : 4x (set it to none if the game is slow)
P.S Your GTS 250 can handle 720p HD no problem

my gts250 1gb handles 1080p with no problems...
