Will I notice any difference in Dolphin with just upgrading my CPU?

Looks like the answer to my question is no since I have the 4790k now and tested it. Would notice a difference between my 780 and the 980 though I would think.

There should be some sort of difference, I would think.. At the very least, though, you wont be holding something like the 980/970 back
