I already have dolphin bar so I need to know if using the motion plus controller using Bluetooth pass through is a problem or not.

A good passthrough adapter would work better, but dolphinbar would probably work, it will just get miscalibrated more often.

You can see tested adapters here https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Bluetooth_Passthrough

Is it harder to setup a motion plus controllet with a Bluetooth adapter.

It works just like a wii with a good adapter.

So I don't have to do anything different when setting up a motion plus controller compared to a normal controller with a good Bluetooth adapter.

You don't set up passthrough controllers. It is just like the wii. You just sync a wiimote with motionplus attached or inside.

So it seems like the Atheros AR9462 is the best adapter for me to use. I have one problem. That being on where to find it. When I look it up I get several options and I don't know which one is the one in the table on the wiki you gave me.

It is probably any chip with Atheros AR9462 in the name. Other details are probably what computer it came out of or something. Also the Wii BT module IIRC is less than $5 on eBay so you could try to solder it.
