I have a Raze Blade Stealth w/ the Razer Core X.

Its a
Core i7 8550u
16gb of RAM
Currently using a RTX 2060

Since this is an external gpu setup cpu clock should remain reasonable high if my experience with the i5 8265u is any indication. The limited 4x pci e connection might have problems with bandwidth for the card especially at higher internal resolution. This might be worsen if you are sending the output back to you laptop display. You might need to make sure dolphin using the rtx 2060.

That ULV CPU is going to give you a hard time on very intensive games. It also has a very low base clock speed so you will want to keep that laptop cool to prevent thermal throttling.
