Your CPU is overheating . I5 2410M can turbo boost :
_2.9Ghz in single core mode _2.6Ghz in dual core mode (Dolphin uses 2 cores) If it overheat , turbo boost will be disabled (above 75C) Laptop: (Show Spoiler)
