I just got a new laptop, with these specs. Intel Celeron N2840 2.6 GHz, And Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics, Base frequency 322 MHz up to 722 MHz. I was wondering what kind of performance I could get, and if I'll be able to play most games.

VERY lightweight games, unfortunately: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-N2840-vs-AMD-A6-1450

In this chart you´ll see that your CPU has almost the same single core performance when compared against mine. And since this is a limiting and important factor, you would struggle with a small number of lightweight/average-weight games.

EDIT: Mind specifying which titles are you going to play specifically?
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

You´ll have (considering you are using latest dev build) almost no problem with Luigi´s Mansion and Zelda WW due to not being pretty demanding. Zelda TP is demanding, but shouldn´t give much problem with the Hyrule Field patch enabled. Can´t tell about Xenoblade or Pikmin.

You´ll have small drops on some stages, apart from that you won´t have problems with SSBM.
