Will I be able to properly Emulate GC/Wii games?

I've just ordered a new laptop, it's supposed to be MUCH better than my current laptop.

Do you think I'd be able to emulate with these specs?

OS: Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit
CPU: 2010 Intel Core i3-350M 2.26GHz (3M cache) (I think that's right)
RAM: 4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHz
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics

I think those are all correct.

No,it's even worst.I mean the Intel HD gfx card is the lowest class around here.You will get error graphic and low FPS with that card
P.S How much that laptop ?

Since we're on the topic I have a C2D E7400 @2.8 Ghz 4GB of RAM and an ATI Radeon HD4670.. Will i be able to play, mainly Gamecube games ??
