As in, will i get playable fps in most games?

CPU intel pentium D 2.8ghz(x2)
2gb DDR2 ram
BFG 9400GT 512mb

I have a feeling that my gpu/cpu will be a bottleneck?

it probably wont be if its a true dual core, not just hyperthreaded.
