Why even stop at a 110% efficiency? Shouldn't 200% be a better goal to aim for? Or perhaps it should be over nine-thousand?

But seriously, I have no clue what it is you exactly wish to know here.

But that's just an 100% accuracy?

I am getting confused here... So what should an 110% accuracy represent if an 100% accuracy already represents a fully complete accuracy?

Not all games or applications on the Wii CAN become (fully) playable (anymore) because Nintendo shut down WiiConnect24 and there are some applications/games depending on that connectivity (e.g. Online SSBB or MKWii). The same is true for Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II for the GC since SEGA took down their servers for that last year. (Emulated servers do not count because they also can have glitches) So the simple answer is no.

Also, 100% accuracy is a pipedream for any emulator at this point in time, because that would mean making every transistor inside every chip exactly like the original hardware ("Transistor Accurate") and there is currently a Pong Emulator (yes, the original PONG the one with 2 white rectangular paddles with the score and a square ball on a black background) that does exactly that BUT to run it at 10-15FPS you need at least a 3GHz computer to do so, and that isn't even full speed because the original pong ran at 60FPS (not joking because it updated the screen at 60Hz / https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2011/08/accuracy-takes-power-one-mans-3ghz-quest-to-build-a-perfect-snes-emulator/3/). But Cycle accurate NGC/Wii we MAY see in our lifetime if the speed of CPU's keeps going up steadily. Currently to run 60FPS Super Nintendo Cycle accurate you still need a beefy PC though. Like around 3GHz minimum (check Byuu's Higan)

All other kinds of emulation are prone to have issues and glitches with either timings being off (see Dolphin and Mario Kart DD where the game ran perfectly but doing the exact same thing frame perfect on a real GC made the player run into a wall on Dolphin, this has been corrected by being closer to cycle perfect) or just plain impossibilities by the way PC hardware works VS how the original GC/Wii works.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

This wasn't a problem with timing accuracy, it was a problem with numerical operations giving slightly different results. But you are right in that there are issues in Dolphin that are caused by timing inaccuracy, and they're hard to fix properly.

Okay, I just gave you another warning. As other people of the moderation team already spoke in other occasions, you can use the Random thread or another suitable topic in Delfino Plaza instead of opening a new thread every single time you pop with a random question which most of time is just vaguely related to Dolphin. Since it's not your first occurrence, keep in mind when your warning level reaches 100% you automatically get a perma-ban. Also, I might be wrong but this behavior seems like you just want to increase your post count. Posts/Threads in Delfino Plaza don't count in the profile, so... thread moved.

Also, Delfino Plaza is supposed to be about everything except Dolphin. You can talk about almost anything here, just not Dolphin.
