I've got notes the like are in the "testing" section of each game's wiki page, but they're probably some years old (most recent info maybe 1 year, oldest 3?) and I'm not sure if they're relevant now.
The Dolphin used was version 5.0 (as per the about popup). What do you guys think? I took them mostly for overclocking testing.

Code:
Metroid Trilogy
Dolphinbar
Prime 1 (finished):
At 3.6 (motherboard turbo mode default settings)
x3 native, graphics enhancements (AA) doesn't seems to influence fps.
Works mostly fine. 3 or 4 areas lags, amonsgt them the main area of Pendrana Drift (Phendrana Shorelines). Map lags a lot most of the time (drops to 20 fps). Ridley fight is simply awfull.
Otherwise greatly enjoyable.
Side note: gave me 100% completion while missing 3 creatures scan.
At 4.2
Ridley fight lagging as bad as at 3.6
(Verify maps, Pendrana Drift, Ridley)
Map drops to 40 fps, so laggin almost unoticeable.
Phendrana Shorelines drops to 40-50 fps, which is a little improvement from 3.6
Prime 2:
At 4.0
x3 native, graphics enhancements (AA) doesn't seems to influence fps.
Enjoyable so far. No unexpected lag like M1 at 3.6.
The Scan visor will only work if Store EFB Copies to Texture Only is disabled.
Prime 3:
At 3.6
Mostly unplayable. Can't maintain 60 fps no matter the resolution.
At 4.2
x3 native, graphics enhancements (AA) seems to have a little influence over fps (I noticed a 1 or 2 fps drops at some places. Might be unrelated)
Enjoyable, no major lagging that I could see.
The Scan visor will only work if Store EFB Copies to Texture Only is disabled.
Recommended settings for best play experience
M1 : 3.6GHz, x3 native, AA.
M2 : 4.0GHz, x3 native, AA (4.0 improves noticeably from 3.6)
M3 : 4.2GHz, x3 native, AA (4.2 improves noticeably from 4.0)
Skyward sword (with part of a custom texture pack https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-skyward-sword-revamped-textures-shaders-and-dof-hack)
Dolphinbar
Home screen laggin no matter the options selected (21 fps)
At 3.6
x2 resolution no AA. Can't maintain fps at x3....

Windwaker (GC)
Dolphinbar at option 3, playing with classic Wii controler
Custom texture pack (http://onthegreatsea.tumblr.com/downloads)
at 3.6
x3 aa msaa x2 30 some lagging with custom texture, no lagging without with msaa x4. x4 is what I aim for.
Twilight Princess
at 3.6
A lot of lags a lot of time
at 4.0/4.2
Direct3D11 (12 would crash Ishiiruka - even though D3D12 IS installed, and OpenGL can't use the custom shaders of Tomoya HD)
Runs fine almost all the time with a little graphic enhancement (aa MSAA x2. Can run at x8 but the then shaders lag noticeably even the low quality).
Used Tomoya HD 1.0.2 with custom Dolphin build named Ishiiruka. Tried the shaders:
Low quality had no impact on performance, but behavior wasn't constant so didn't used any except DolphinFX and IshiirukaFX together.
Had to keep playing on Ishiiruka because Dolphin wouldn't load the custom textures, even though both Dolphin and Ishiiruka use the same /Documents/Dolphin Emulator/ folder...
No matter what, some conversations lagged (with the spirits, among others)
OpenGL seems to run fine too.
Note: found a bug: after mansion, I contributed to the ridiculous shop in Castle Town. After, I missed 1250. Like 20 min latter, I returned to contribute some more, and it missed only 200...
Metroid Other M
at 3.6
x3
Charge beam makes the game lag - unplayable with the charge beam. Otherwise a lot of little lags.
x2 seems to take care of most of the annoying lags - and of the charge beam lag
SF Adventures
at 3.6
x2 lags a little, enough that I found it unplayable
