Wiki - games where only certain versions are dual-layer

Are game pages on the wiki supposed to be in the "Dual Layer Disc games" category even if only certain versions of the game are dual-layer? The reason I'm asking is because the Nordic versions of Skylanders: Swap Force and Skylanders: Trap Team (SVXY52 and SK8V52) are dual-layer but not any of the other versions, and I'm not sure exactly what to do with that.

For what it's worth, Xenoblade Chronicles is currently listed as dual-layer even though the Japanese version is single layer. But I guess it would be more confusing to list the two Skylanders games as dual-layer than to list Xenoblade Chronicles as dual-layer, since the Nordic countries have a lot less people than all of the PAL and NTSC-U regions combined.

The precedent (as you very nicely laid out!) is these only-one-or-two-region(s)-is-dual-layer games are marked as dual layer. The dual layer tag is more of an organizing and statistical feature than anything, so leaning toward saying things are dual layer is generally best. Hoooowever, this isn't an entire region, only a small number of countries, so um... it's rather hard to justify setting it for all regions! So, in my opinion, it shouldn't be marked as dual layer disc, since there isn't an entire region where it is dual layer. That seems like a sensible way to define it.
