Well, based in our past behavior (while the wiki was hosted in that other site) we generally start blocking user accounts only when they start spamming content. So far, none of these random accounts created recently spammed content to the wiki pages, so we didn't anything. As soon as they start (if they start) we also would start reverting the edits and banning them manually.
